                                     第一阶段,小臂狂涨狂疼,
                                  第二阶段,中指无名指疼,见到东西就想抓,
                               第三阶段,不知该轮到哪里了,哈,
                            发现自己还是不了解自己,控制不住自己的身体,
                         这几年的哲学心理学都白学了,仅仅控制住了自己的脑子而已,
                      当面对那堵墙时,其实也是镜子,
                   才发现自己的多么的不堪一击,连自己都战胜不了,
                攀岩奥义不在于力量,而在于平衡技巧,和强大的毅力,
             难以逾越困难有时只是一时咬牙就能挺过去的,
          而每当能淋漓的完成一条线路时,
       就像能攻克一道数学难题,想到一个狂牛的概念一样兴奋,
    而为此付出的一切疼痛和汗水都不算什么了。 

     
    面对冰冷的岩壁
       自己与自己在较量
          在追求的技艺并不是用可及的垂直高度来衡量
             而往往是在水平方向上一次次循环中得到提升的心境
                对于每个点(抓点和脚点)的坚持
                   都是对自我能力和耐性的挑战
                      而当你精疲力竭
                         释放所有汗水之后
                            发现你又攀回了原点
                               但现在的你已不再是刚才原点的你了
                                  这就是攀岩
